Vanten to offer EngageMedia ASP as an OEM product
Tokyo, Japan – Vanten, a leading Digital Signage Service Provider
headquartered in Tokyo, announced today that it will begin offering its
EngageMedia® ASP as an OEM product.
Vanten’s full featured platform EngageMedia ASP Service is a now ready
to be offered to other companies in the Digital Signage industry as an
OEM package. Vanten CEO Chris Phelan commented “We have extended our ASP
so that it can be fully re-branded as a private label service offering.
Hardware manufacturers and service providers can offer world class
digital signage services based on EngageMedia but marketed under their
own brand.” In the next 12 months, Vanten plans to recruit 12 OEM
partner companies.
Vanten developed its EngageMedia® ASP to provide high end networked
digital signage to its customers. The service provider model gives
digital signage customers unprecedented control over the marketing
content of their Signs, without the technical headaches of managing a
network of displays or struggling with the limitations of
player technologies. Vanten’s goal is to make EngageMedia® the industry
standard for Digital Signage Service Providers. To realize that goal,
Vanten recently completed an investment round, the funds of which will
be used to expand the EngageMedia ASP’s functionality.
One Vanten customer, Yodobashi Camera, is currently using EngageMedia®
to manage their large outdoor LED screens at their flagship stores in
Akihabara and Yokohama. Phelan added “Yodobashi Camera wanted a turnkey
service that provided them with high end content management tools,
real-time and dynamic content capabilities, world class graphic and
video display quality, end to end network management and easy to use,
high functionality software. Our system provided them with an
affordable, high performance platform for managing their outdoor LED
screens.”
